oh man...this is the worst day of my life...nah...not really...but mym NAPFA 5 items sucked man...first shuttle run miss___made me run first. and i was't ready for goodness sake! like...i was going to stretch and no one wanted to go and she suddenly said 'kalya you go first' or smthn like that. wah lau. and my timing ended up like shit.12.1s, can you believe that?! so slow la!!!then after that we waited sooo long for the teacher for sit ups, and then i did 41. :P that was ok lah... then the thing that pisses me off the most is that during standing board jump right...WAH LAU EH! THE TEACHER KEEP REDUCING THE DISTANCE LAH! LIKE HE DID THAT TO PRACTICALLY EVERYONE KENA LA! and he kept usin the same lame excuse: "your foot slipped forward, so sorry but you did 167' like helloo the person did 180++ lah! where got ppl can slide front so much?!?!?! and he came up with a million other stupid no brainer excuse. stupid la. just broke my 2m barrier and he said i did 198. dumbass. and i was pissed with myself for incline pull up la! only do 17. shits. need to start doing push ups every night from today man...although i hardly think i would actually do. but i'll try..haha.
