whew...damn tired la...right shoulder pain like crazy..so typing with my left hand only..

haiz...today had rock climbing for pe. lol. belay school...the harness is so dumb la. look so gross. then eunice trying to pull herself up. haha. swing here and there cos mrs wee not lookin. then we tired to pull her, but 3 ppl oso cannot lift her. lol.

then went gym. arm aching like crazy. had some challenge set today. haha. quite ok la. compared to 8x300.
